Draft Detachment process that outlines the steps for soliciting projects and charitable contributions. Includes description of the project or contribution, rationale and benefit to the Detachment. Also includes reviews by the Detachment Board of Trustees and membership with final disposition and recommended Public Relations coverage.. The fillable form included in the procedure document is below.
